Launceston Distillery's first ever tripled distilled whisky, this release has been matured in a custom 61.4 litre cask made from American oak bourbon staves seasoned with premium Oloroso sherry - another distillery first!
In order to triple distill, Head Distiller Chris has created an entirely new mashbill - 50% malted barley with the other half mainly being barley but also comprising corn and wheat.
